  • Counselling Service

    I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, this means I adapt to you and deliver the best suited therapy for your needs such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Therapy (PCT) , Psychodynamic Therapy and Creative Intervention. I will never enforce a particular way of working with my clients as I believe every individual’s situation is different.

    My focus is to help individuals heal, be motivated, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns with empathy, being non-judgmental and working with various methods that will help with the presenting issues.
